We’re happy to share the official details of our collaboration with Ubisoft, on the new Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which will launch on 12 October 2023!

The official announcement, released by Ubisoft on 5 July, has all the details on the new in-game educational feature, a collaboration between the Digital Lab and Ubisoft Montréal’s in-house historians, World-Design Director Maxime Durand and Raphaël Weyland. Known as the ‘History of Baghdad,’ this feature is similar to the Database feature found in earlier Assassin’s Creed games. In it players will find information about the Abbasids, the caliphal period, and medieval Islamic art and history.
